By using mootivation.co or any of its products, you agree to these terms. They are written plainly because they are meant to be read.

About Mootivation

Mootivation is a trading name of Kensington Square Therapy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16707111). The site at mootivation.co is free to use. Digital products are sold through our shop at mootivation.co/shop, fulfilled by Lemon Squeezy.

Using the site

You may use the site for personal reflection and enjoyment. Please do not:

• Scrape the cards or illustrations for use in other products.
• Try to disrupt the site, overload it, or break things on purpose.
• Frame, mirror, or rehost the site as your own.

If you would like to use Mootivation in a school, therapy practice, or other professional context, that is welcome — no permission needed for that kind of use.

Digital products — what you are buying

When you buy a wallpaper pack, wall art bundle, or card deck, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to the included files. You may:

• Use the files on your own devices and in your own home, classroom, studio, or nursery.
• Print copies for your personal use, including printing extras for friends or family as gifts.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly (uploading to torrent sites, design marketplaces, Pinterest as downloadable PDFs, etc).
• Use the files in commercial products you sell — printed merchandise, paid courses, branded materials, etc.
• Display the files in a paid commercial venue (cafés, retail spaces, paid events) without a separate licence.

Refunds

Because digital downloads are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final by default. However, if a file does not download, the package is corrupt, or you bought the wrong product by mistake, email us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will refund you. No drama.

Intellectual property

All cow illustrations, sayings, page copy, and the Mootivation name and brand mark are the intellectual property of Kensington Square Therapy Limited and protected by copyright and trade-mark law. The exception is the personal-use licence granted with each purchase, described above.

The cards are not medical advice

Mootivation is a small piece of gentle wisdom, not therapy or medical care. The cards are not a substitute for professional support. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified person — a GP, a counsellor, or a trusted friend.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working and friendly, but we cannot guarantee it will be available all the time, or that it will suit every purpose. To the extent permitted by UK law, Mootivation is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the digital products. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence — those would be illegal to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the site or products after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
